Why is my Chameleon not tracking properly?

The tracking issue could be due to the following reasons:

1. Battery Level: Ensure your Gimbal/Chameleon is sufficiently charged.
2. Phone Placement: Make sure your phone is centered and balanced.
3. Positioning: For most sports modes, please place your Gimbal/Chameleon near the centerline during initialization.
   • Please avoid any obstacles in front of the camera.
4. Connection Status: Verify that your phone's Bluetooth is stable and properly connected to the Gimbal/Chameleon.
   • You may need to turn off your phone's Bluetooth then turn it on again.
   • You may need to reset the Bluetooth of the device.
5. Versions Confirmation: Please confirm that both the XbotGo app and the firmware have been updated to the latest versions.
6. Scenario Selection: Check that the correct sport mode and recording settings are selected in the app.
   • Especially check 'Auto Zoom', 'Auto Tracking' and 'XbotGo Pan Angle'.
