The tracking issue could be due to the following reasons:
- Battery Level: Ensure your Gimbal/Chameleon is sufficiently charged.
- Phone Placement: Make sure your phone is centered and balanced.
- Positioning: For most sports modes, please place your Gimbal/Chameleon near the centerline during initialization.
- Please avoid any obstacles in front of the camera.
- Connection Status: Verify that your phone's Bluetooth is stable and properly connected to the Gimbal/Chameleon.
- You may need to turn off your phone's Bluetooth then turn it on again.
- You may need to reset the Bluetooth of the device.
- Versions Confirmation: Please confirm that both the XbotGo app and the firmware have been updated to the latest versions.
- Scenario Selection: Check that the correct sport mode and recording settings are selected in the app.
- Especially check 'Auto Zoom', 'Auto Tracking' and 'XbotGo Pan Angle'.
